New case study: Essex County Council & Managed Lync solution

Essex County Council users were spending much of their time chasing colleagues, rushing to meetings and trawling through files to find information that should have been at their fingertips. Employees working remotely were difficult to reach and found it difficult to access information back at the office. Microsoft Lync solution was migrated to 15,000 users which decreased the costs of the Council's telephony estate and facilitated greater collaboration and internal efficiencies for their end users.
